8digits is a software as a service. So you don't need to install anything on your system. All you
have to do is adding a a few lines of code to your web site. If you wish to track a mobile app, than you can get and
integrate our mobile SDKs to your app and start tracking your visitors right now. iOS and Android platforms are
supported right now.
What happens when I reach the plan limit?
Your account will remain open, but your website's statistics will not be collected or stored
for the remainder of the month. Your can always upgrade your plan or contact support for more assistance.
Who owns my data?
The owner of the data stored, statistics generated and insights derived belongs to you. We don't access your data or visitors' details without your permission.
If you wish to store your own data because of regulations, security concerns or simply want it that way, please contact us. We have enterprise grade plans and services that allows you to have direct access to your data and even we can provide a licensing model to store your own data at your data center.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
Absolutely not! 8digits is a service with a monthly renewal period. You can cancel your account
whenever you want and you won't be charged any more. We don't make any long term contracts if not specifically
requested.
How long does it take to integrate?
If you have the authority to edit your
web site, you can integrate 8digits in just a few minutes. All you have to do is adding the tracking code
